You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Should you fail to attend your booking or cancel at less than 24 hours your cancellation will be subject to charge.
Late arrival for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of your session, with full charges applied.
There are no refunds for packages, memberships or gift vouchers.
All Credits and Gift Cards (Float and Sauna) are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
