Power Roll

  • You must be in proper power- rolling attire.
  • You’ll need: full length pants or yoga pants, long sleeves & socks (all free of metal, buttons, and zippers).


Prior to rolling, jewellery must be removed and all long hair must be tied back.  1 x towel & Water is required to bring with you.

After your session Cooling naturally for up to an hour  is recommended for maximum results however we have shower facility.

Power Roll

Keeping your body hydrated before, during, and after class is key. Make sure that you arrive to each session with a towel and water or you can hire and purchase in our studio.  Drinking throughout your body roll will help your body eliminate residues more easily, regulate body temperature and transport nutrients to give you energy so your body can perform at its highest level. Ensure you do not come in on an empty stomach or hungover

Cocoon Pods / Contrast / Sauna

It is recommended to be hydrated and not on an empty stomach prior to your appointment.  It is recommended to cool naturally after your Sauna.  After finishing get dressed and cool naturally as detox benefits are still carrying on after you leave the studio.  After an hour -once you get home have a cool shower. and avoid cosmetics and product until just before bed.  Shower facility is available if not possible.

Sugar free – Electrolytes are available to purchasee as well.

Power Roll

The speed on Power Roll machines can be increased/decreased based off of your bodies needs. During rolling, it is common to experience an itching sensation from the blood vessels expanding due to the infrared light.

Additionally, light bruising, soreness or redness is common after rolling, especially after your first few sessions. To reduce intensity, put less body pressure onto machine while rolling.

Cocoon Pods / Sauna / Contrast / Ice

It is not recommended to use services without fuel (food) and water in the body.  Natural sugar – fruit and water is recommended before.  You should never Sauna if you feel unwell or hung over.

If you have any of the following conditions, rolling is not recommended. If you are still unsure if our services are for you, please consult with a doctor prior to trying the device especially if any of the following are applicable:

  • Pregnancy
  • Acute inflammatory disease (flu, fever)
  • Infectious disease (jaundice, tuberculosis, etc.)
  • Skin disease / wounds
  • Acute nerve damage (after trauma or surgery)
  • Tumors / Suspected tumor
  • Varicose veins
  • Thyroid disease
  • Affective mental states (anger, stress, neurasthenia)
  • Acute trauma (fracture, concussion, rupture)
  • Large bruises in the area to be massaged

Power Roll

Simply put, it is a lymphatic drainage massage that helps relieve muscle tension, eliminate unnecessary toxins from the body, aid in cellulite reduction, tone your body, and firm your skin.
Power Roll Studio advises clients to begin roller massage with 10 regular sessions for best results. During this course it is best to repeat the 45-minute roller massage procedure 2–3 times a week. If you want to keep your results for the future, you should continue with a 45-minute roll massage procedure once a week.

The Power Roll massage procedure, especially after 10 or so workouts, has repeatedly proven itself and shown how differently it can affect people. In addition to aiding in lymphatic drainage, losing inches of the body, removing unnecessary toxins, reducing cellulite, and reducing post-workout muscle tension, body roll massages can be used in accordance with one’s training and dietary habits.

One session is 45 minutes long, during which the machines are set up with 15 special 3-minute positions focusing on different areas and muscle groups according to the principles of lymphatic drainage massages.

You must wear fitted gym wear free of zippers or buttons and socks. For men, we recommend long workout pants and a T-shirt. For women, long leggings and a tight T-shirt. Jewellery must be removed.

Since a roller massage is several times stronger and more effective than regular massage, body rollers are not recommended for pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. It is believed that because roll massage causes toxins and residues to move out of the body, it can in some way affect breast milk.

Many active people also use this time to spend fun time with a friend, colleague, or family member. In order to get two side-by-side machines, we ask you to book two procedures at the same time so we can place you next to each other.

We recommend that you consume enough water before and after the procedure, as roll massage immediately activates the lymphatic system in our body, which causes fluid to flow through our body. In order to prevent the body from losing excess fluid, water should also be consumed during the roll massage procedure. Water is available to purchase in our studio.

Cocoon Welness

Cocoon Wellness sessions provide you with a private sanctuary to enjoy a relaxing, full-body massage in a warm, soothing environment. The Cocoon is “The Ultimate Wellness and Relaxation Machine” and makes instantly available to you a multitude of health and wellness benefits.

You can select from five convenient pre-set programs (Relax, Fitness, Wellness, Power Nap, and Weight Management) that utilise different temperatures to suit your needs. A custom option is also available which allows you to adjust all the settings to your liking. During your session you can easily change the settings and intensity of your whole-body massage as well as your temperature and face fan.

Results vary for every person and the reason they are coming for therapy. Most people notice a difference after their very first session as they are so much more relaxed and rejuvenated. For more specific conditions, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, or back pain, many people notice changes straight away; however, it normally takes 3 to 8 sessions to begin noticing measurable improvements.

Maintenance sessions are important to keep you in top shape. Once your goals have been reached, weekly or fortnightly sessions are recommended. Most clients feel so many benefits from their Cocoon Wellness Pro experience (both physical and emotional) that they choose to make regular treatments part of their commitment to a new, healthier lifestyle.

The Cocoon Wellness Pro has an ergonomic contour bed. Clients are often surprised that they may have difficulty lying straight in their own bed, but in the Cocoon they feel comfortable. The vibration massage bed is ergonomically contoured and padded with foam cushioning to provide the most comfortable user experience. Evenly cushioned support eliminates any pressure points and provides the feeling of floating on air.

Less is best. Clients may wear loose-fitting clothes, athletic clothing, swimwear, undergarments, or be nude (clients will be laying on their own large towel during the session) and your room is private.

Note: although the Cocoon sauna pod will produce ambient dry heat within the chamber, the main advantage of the sauna session comes from the infrared rays. Therefore, wearing appropriate clothing/minimal clothing is optimal for the infrared rays to penetrate through the body.

Absolutely! It’s always more fun with a friend. We have two rooms for friends and couples to enjoy their Cocoon experience with bookings at the same time.

Treatments are safe and effective, but with the heavy toxin release that the Cocoon stimulates, some may experience temporary detox symptoms such as headache, fatigue, or flu-like symptoms. These won’t last and are one of the reasons why sessions at the beginning of your treatment should be close together. Be sure to stay hydrated after your session to help alleviate detoxification effects, also known as a “healing crisis.”

The Cocoon Pod features an exclusive patented, built-in exercise fitness system. Exercise bands are easily changed to provide low to high resistance for all fitness levels. The integrated FitBed optimises weight management goals and maximises calorie burn for increased fitness results.

Ice Plunge Pool

While ice bath exposure is generally safe for healthy individuals, it may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with certain medical conditions or sensitivities. It’s important to consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or underlying health conditions. As discussed, it’s also important to your bodies response and keep to your limits. If, after seeking medical advice, it’s decided that ice bathing is suitable for you, develop a specific routine with temperatures and timings and stick to it.

The frequency of ice baths can vary depending on individual preferences and tolerance. Starting with 1-2 sessions per week is a common recommendation. However, it’s essential to listen to your body and adjust the frequency accordingly.

Start with 10 – 20 seconds and gradually increase the duration as your body adapts. This can be dependent on the water temperature. Studies by Dr Susanna Soberg, have shown that achieving 11 minutes per week of cold exposure therapy is ideal for achieving the long term benefits. Whilst it is recommended that, as a beginner, 10 – 15 degree Celsius is optimal, as your body adapts to the cold, aim to reduce the temperature of the water over time. At Inside Out, we have an easy to remember aim called the 3 to 4 target. That is, 3 to 4 minutes at 3 to 4 degrees Celcius, 3 to 4 days per week once you are climatised.

Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy . Any cancellations that occur 24  hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost. Sessions that are cancelled after this time will be forfeited.

Prior to using any of our services, all participants must ensure they are in good health and free from any medical conditions that may prevent them from doing our services. Individuals with implants, heart conditions, high blood pressure, active cancer or other medical concerns should consult a physician before use.

While the therapies mentioned above, such as Far Infrared Technology, Negative Ion Technology, Graphene Heating, and Photon Wave Technology, offer various benefits, it’s important to be aware of potential contraindications.

Here are some considerations:

Far Infrared Technology: Individuals with heat sensitivity, skin conditions, or open wounds should exercise caution or consult a healthcare professional before using far infrared therapy. It is also advisable for pregnant women or individuals with certain medical conditions, such as cardiovascular issues, to seek medical advice prior to use

Negative Ion Technology: Negative ion therapy is generally safe for most individuals. However, those with respiratory conditions, such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), should consult their healthcare provider before using negative ion generators or devices.

Graphene Heating: Graphene heating technology is generally considered safe, but it’s important to follow manufacturer instructions and guidelines for optimal use. Individuals with sensitive skin or those prone to allergies should be cautious and may consider a patch test before using graphene heating products

Photon Wave Technology: Photon wave therapy is generally safe and well-tolerated. However, individuals with light-sensitive conditions, such as certain types of skin cancer or retinal disorders, should exercise caution and consult with their healthcare provider before undergoing photon wave treatments
