How Floating Works
Floatation therapy, also known as REST, involves effortlessly floating in a pod filled with magnesium-rich Epsom salt. The water matches your skin temperature, creating a weightless, sensory-free environment that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances mental clarity.
For the best results, we recommend 3–5 sessions. Each float is unique, helping improve well-being over time.
New to floating? Sessions last 60 minutes, with time for orientation and pre/post-float showers.
Feel the Benefits
Floatation therapy promotes relaxation, mental clarity, and creativity—all without prior experience. Many feel the effects immediately, lasting up to 48 hours or longer. Plus, the benefits build over time—the more you float, the better it gets!
Relaxation
Floating triggers deep relaxation by calming the nervous system, reducing stress hormones, and lowering blood pressure and heart rate. As you float weightlessly, tension melts away, offering a rare escape from daily pressures.
Pain Relief
The weightlessness of floating eases joint and muscle pain, improves circulation, and reduces inflammation. It’s effective for managing chronic conditions like arthritis, migraines, and fibromyalgia.
Sleep
One hour in a float pod can feel as restorative as four hours of sleep. Floating improves sleep quality by reducing stress and combating insomnia, jet lag, and fatigue.
Fertility
Floating reduces stress, a key factor in fertility issues, while boosting endorphins and promoting a positive, relaxed state. Many find it beneficial alongside fertility treatments like IVF.
Stress & Anxiety
Floating helps manage stress and anxiety by lowering cortisol levels, boosting endorphins, and enhancing mindfulness. It provides a deep sense of calm, improving both mental and physical well-being.
Meditation
Floating helps you reach a deep meditative state effortlessly by reducing sensory input. It shifts brain waves to frequencies linked with relaxation and mental clarity—no years of practice required.
Sports Rehabilitation
Floating speeds up recovery by easing muscle tension, reducing inflammation, and promoting endorphin release. It’s a powerful tool for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and mental visualisation, used by athletes and Olympians alike.
Pregnancy
Floating relieves pregnancy-related discomfort by reducing pressure on the body, easing muscle cramps, and promoting relaxation. Many women report better sleep and a deeper sense of calm. Always consult your doctor if you have any pregnancy concerns.
General Well-Being
Regular floating promotes overall well-being, leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced, and more connected with yourself. It’s beneficial for managing stress, fatigue, and chronic conditions.
